You also agree to our Privacy Policy.
Our Privacy Policy explains how we collect and use information that’s submitted to the Services. By using the Services, you are indicating that you’ve read the Privacy Policy and agree to its terms.
We may, in our sole discretion, make changes to this Agreement from time to time. Any changes we make will become effective when we post a modified version of the Agreement to the Website, and we agree the changes will not be retroactive.

Purpose
We may share this information with our employees, the TapGoods platform, and subcontractors. This could include your name, telephone number, e-mail address, and home or business and mailing address or other location from which you use our services, from information you provide us through technology, including when you access certain areas of this site that require registration for our services, or if you require more information about those services. If you decide to purchase our products or services, your credit or debit card number and expiration date, bank routing and account number will also be kept.
How We Collect Personal Information
We collect personal information we receive from you and from other sources including www.OCFunEvents.com and our Event planning platform TapGoods. This site will collect your personal information in connection with the services we provide to you.
Our Use of Your Personal Information
Smashvent LLC/DBA OC Laser Tag at OC Fun Events may use your personal information to contact you by mail, e-mail, telephone, or mobile device to provide updates about services, payment confirmations, current information about our services, or other promotions that may interest you. We also use return e-mail addresses to answer the e-mail we receive from you and the phone number you provided to reach out to you.
We do not sell, lease, or license your personal information to third parties.
Data Retention And Use
We keep personal information for as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described in this Privacy Policy, while we have a business need to do so, or as required by law (e.g., for tax, legal, accounting, or other purposes), whichever is longer.

Residents of California may also, under the “Shine the Light” (§1798.83) law, request and obtain from us, once a year and free of charge, information about categories of personal information (if any) we disclosed for direct marketing purposes. As stated above, we do not sell your personal information to third parties.
